Another technical problem

Last night a tutor had to abandon recording a PowerPoint presentation from her office desk because the results were very disjointed. On playback the video appeared extremely jerky – so much so that it was unwatchable.  I also noticed that there was some delay between her clicking the mouse and the slides progressing and suspect the PC is just not up to the task.  We moved to a different location and PC and the results were perfect.

I will get IT Services to investigate and also see whether Panopto advise a certain minimum spec for machines running Recorder.
